He is survived by: his children, Chad Chapman Henry of Brownstown, Ashley Chapman of Brownstown, Trista Chapman Hart of Indianapolis, Aaron Chapman (Kelsey) of Charlestown and Karen Bowman; and his grandchildren, Peyton Henry, Reese Henry, Addison Henry, Landyn Henry, Blakely Hart, Beckham Hart and Warren Chapman.
