He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H Rucker and Sarah Devers Rucker; and his son Barry Alan Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. McQueen Rucker; his sons, Vince Leonard Rucker and Kevin Lynn Rucker; and his friend Erwin Miller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
