It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Jean Miller of Brownstown, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Defibaugh and Megan Gray Defibaugh; and her husband Walter Miller. She is survived by: her children, Shane Schroer (Crystina) of Kansas, Holly Sawyer (Mark) of Seymour and Tomie Bobb (Corey) of Brownstown; her stepchildren, Eddie Miller, Brian Miller and Stacey Kidwell (Mike); her grandchildren, Amanda Schroer, L. J. Schroer, Timothy Schroer, Cody Schroer, Cassidy Sawyer, Hannah Schroer, Claudia Schroer, Chase Sawyer, Logan Schroer, Sage Broughton, McKinley Schroer, Brinley Bobb, Kennedy Schroer, Vivian Schroer, Mandalynn Schroer and Hazel Schroer; and her great grandchild Cooper Ray Schroer. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church, Sauers, Schneck Medical Center Hospice, or Hoosier Christian Village Auxiliary.
