It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Rickman of Brownsburg, Indiana, born in Dexter, Missouri, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M Rickman and Ida E. Rickman (McClellan); his wives, Maxine A. Rickman (Sutherland) and Nancy Rickman (Small); his daughter-in-law Jody Rickman; and his siblings, Grace Shaw, Mabel Gray, Maxine Phelps, Betty Hopper, Judy Ott, Lillian N. Young, Ferrell, Carl and Edward Rickman.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Rickman of Brownsburg, Cynthia Schneider (Doug) of Sand Creek, Diane Sartor (Rick) of Toledo, Patty Jones Hite of Goshen, John Rickman (Sandy) of Summerfield, Joseph M. Rickman of Toledo, Edward Rickman of Toledo, Jimmie Jones (Vicki) of Elkhart and Gerald Gilbert, Jr. of Battle Creek, Michigan; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
