He was predeceased by: his former wife Harriett June Ballard; and his daughter Marsha Moore. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ballard; his sons, Steve Ballard (Pauline) and Danny Ballard (Missy); his stepchildren, Tina Fisher and Brian McCartney; his grandchildren, Chris Moore, Jesse Ballard and Courtney Wells; and his stepgrandson Matthew Anderson. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
