He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Green. He is survived by: his wife Karen Green; his mother Rita Green; his children, Rick A. Green Jr. (Kim), Randy Green (Haylee) and Renea Colter (Adam); his siblings, Bob Green and Pam Green; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Odin, Torben, Lila, Lawson Green and Sterling Colter.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Brownsburg Little League Baseball, PO Box 203, Brownsburg, IN 46112.
