He is survived by: his children, Lisa Carr of Brownsburg, Beth Gurley of Avon and Bruce Gurley of Brownsburg; his grandchildren, Ashley Goff (Matthew), Alex Carr and Aaron Gurley (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Cade and Henry.
