He is survived by: his wife Candee Chambers; and his daughters, Jennifer Chambers, Lara Chambers, Erin Witt (Jeff), Lindsay Graves (John) and Meghan Chambers (Mikey Meagher). He is also survived by grandfather of his nine grandchildren.
