He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bloyd and Alice Bloyd. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bloyd; his children, Cory Bloyd, Kyle Bloyd and Kayli Bloyd; and his brother Paul John Bloyd (Michelle). He is also survived by four nieces and nephews; and four grandnieces.

Donations in his name can be made to the Hendricks County Humane Society.
