She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Wethington; and her daughter Misty Moody. She is survived by: her sons, James Bradley Cook (Heritage Lake) of Coatesville and Brian Cook of Mooresville; and her siblings, Lee Brown of Carmel and Lisa Brown of Clermont. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
