He is survived by: his children, Tina Olsen, Tonya Bettis (Jeff), Penny Horvath (Tom), Christina Whitesell (Kevin) and Steve Lamkin; and his sisters, Ellen Chattent and Mary Gordon. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
