He is survived by: his wife Alice Shields; his children, Tim Shields (Shelly) and Sherrie Shields; his grandchildren, Keeley and Trevor Shields; and his siblings, David, Bobby Shields, Ruby Mae Shields, Frankie Hatcher, Gail Bratcher, Ann Keown and Barbara Jones.
