He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Parks (Manning); and his brother James Brian Parks. He is survived by: his father James H. Parks; his siblings, Suzanne Andres (Patrick), Alan Parks (Beverly) and Terry Parks (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Janice Parks (James Brian). He is also survived by three nephews, four nieces, two great nephews, and a great niece.
