He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mann (Kevin), Jeff Osborn (Mary Jo) and Phil Osborn (Tommie); his grandchildren, Hannah Osborn, Christopher Mann, Deanna Heironymus and Hailee Mann; his great grandchildren, Alexander Fanning and Aryiah Mann; and his great great grandchild Samuel Bell.
