He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stephens and Mary Wade; and his stepfather Lloyd Wade. He is survived by: his wife Judith Stephens; his sons, Lance Stephens Jr. (Amanda), Adam Stephens and Eric Stephens (Ashley); his sister Joann Mattox; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Lincoln and Eliza.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Matthews Mortuary (690 E 56th St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
