She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence B. Williams and Doris M. Williams; and her siblings, Sandra Williams and Steven Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Douglass and April Hicks (Andrea Bell); her grandchildren, Logan Spicer, Lennon Bell-Hicks, Debi Swinford and Amber Walters; her cousin Bonnie Tipton; and her children, Robin Graves and Bryce Marsh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
