He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Edward Sanford; his wife Sandra Sanford; and his children, Jacqueline Sanford, Jennifer Sanford and Timothy Sanford.
He is survived by: his mother Dortha Holmes; and his children, Diane Crafton (Tim), Robert Sanford (Dio), Christopher Sanford and Alexandria Roemke (Jon). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
