Percival of Brownsburg, Indiana, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Frank Percival; and his brother Steve Percival. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Percival (Smith); his wife Cynthia Green Percival; and his daughters, Stefanie Percival-Wieckert (Adam) and Jamie Hildebrand (Luke).
