He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell Toney and Wanda Alice Money; and his siblings, Russell Eugene Toney and Linda Kay Toney Buck. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Toney Hynes, Barbara Sue Toney Cornwell (Chris), Sara Jane Toney Parsons and Margaret Louise Toney Dalgleish (Alex); his wife Doris Elaine Lollar Merritt; and his stepsons, George Robert Merritt, David Stanley Merritt and Thomas Scott Merritt.
