She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fulton and Verna Fulton; and her sister Betty Fulton Power. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Smoot; her children, Robert Smoot and Joy Smoot; her grandchildren, Jourdan Terrell (Sam), Payton Smoot and Parker Smoot; her great grandchildren, Van and Tilly Terrell; her sisters, Margaret Witmer and Sue Wetzel (Dennis); and her brother-in-law David Smoot (Lisa Carlton).
