He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Kristi Slinkard (Alex) of Brownsburg and Kim Staley of Brownsburg; and his grandchildren, Mia Ney (Dietrich) of Indianapolis, Molly Romine of Indianapolis, Josie Slinkard of Brownsburg and Noah Slinkard of Brownsburg.
