He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Holtman and Lois Holtman; and his sister Janice Holtman. He is survived by: his brothers, Matthew, Jacob and Jonathan; his wife Cindy Holtman; his children, Kimberly Jansen (Adam), Matthew Holtman (Margaret), Jacob Holtman (Anna) and Jonathan Holtman (Sydney); his grandchildren, Isaac Holtman, Alice Jansen, Eleanor Holtman, Samuel Jansen, Jane Jansen, Weston Holtman and Sutton Holtman; his siblings, Mark Holtman (Jeanette), Christine Holtman, Donna Lecher (Ron) and Anita Spoelker (David); his siblings-in-law, Elaine Martin, Michelle Allen (Greg), Chandra (Jeff Grabill) and Rich Martin (Janette); and his friend Purdue. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
