He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hall Foster; his children, Penny Goolsby (Jim) of Acton, IN, Brian Stephens (Cassie) of Avon, IN and Donnie Stephens of Danville, IN.; his grandchildren, Courtney Martin (Sean), Brianna Stephens and Brandon Stephens; and his siblings, Rick Foster (Patty) of West Virginia, Rhonda Kurt (Danny) of Clermont and Vickie Whitworth of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
