He is survived by: his wife Tonita Peart (Cantrell); his sons, James Daye (Cassandra), Joseph Daye (Felicity) and Christopher Peart (Janice); his grandchildren, Madison Daye, Kristen Peart, Jaxon Daye, Lindsey Peart, Lilly Peart and Creeden Daye; and his siblings, Craig Peart (Ann Hobstetter) and Janet Peart Holfrich.
