He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Koch and Josephine Koch; and his brother Larry Koch. He is survived by: his wife Carla Koch; his daughters, Kelley Dove (Tracy) and Courtney Hedges (Dan); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Abby and David Dove; his brother James Koch; and his pet Zoe.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Hendricks County or Wounded Warriors.
