He is survived by: his wife Nancy Grubbs; his children, Lucianne Forgey (Andrew), Nicole Hendrix and Robert Hendrix (Nicole); his sister Laura Swails (Eddie); his grandchildren, Mia Forgey and Ryan Forgey; and his niece Tamara Beck (Steve). He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
