He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ratliff and May Ratliff. He is survived by: his children, John Ratliff (Ronda) and Lee Ann Magnusson (Lloyd); the mother of his children Judith Ratliff; and his sister Roberta Graham (Jim). He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
