She is survived by: her husband John Seitz; her children, Barry "Butch" Hall Jr. (Kathy), Buffy Lutz (Jeffrey), James E. Seitz (Vicky), Jeff Seitz, Tracy Seitz and Penny Poe; and her siblings, Terrie Jones (Dwain) and David Patterson (Dawn). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
