He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Raydean Meadows and Billy Joe Williams Sr.; and his stepmother Jean Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Dixon (Billy), Bobby Williams (Susan) and Lisa Moore Benca (Ken); his children, Zackery Williams, Jennifer Collins (Josh) and Emily Williams; his grandson Henry Collins; his pet Chase; and his former wives, Lori Williams and Marty Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
