He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred and Jane Cummins (Cromer). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Davis; his sons, Robert Cummins (Mindy) of Columbus, Derek Cummins (Summer) of Columbus and Trent Cummins of Ft. Meyers, Florida; his grandchildren, Megan, Logan, Allison, Parker, Evelyn, Branton and Max; his sister Carol Cummins of Miamisburg; his niece Molly Bingaman (Joe); his nephew Andy Peaso; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Davis (Bonnie) and Brett Davis (Julie). He is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
