He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Halcomb and Cora Bravard Halcomb; his siblings, Donald Drew (Margie), Helen Kennel and Faye; his brother-in-law Kenny Houck; his sister Joyce (Larry Bird); and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Stirn and Tom Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Halcomb; his sons, Doug Halcomb (Angie) and Craig Halcomb (Magan); his grandchildren, Brittany and Grant Halcomb; his siblings, Debbie Race (Dwight), Belva Stirn, Delores Jackson (Art), Patty Hall and Winton Halcomb (Shirley); and his brother-in-law Elton Kennel.
