He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Sizemore of Cincinnati, Becky Ketchum (Chuck) of Metamora, Cathy Baudendistel of Connersville and Denise Rains (Mike) of Brookville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Donnie Sizemore (Christy), Whitney Sizemore, Alayna Sizemore (Seth Parsley), Josh Ketchum (Kipp Williams), Jenna Ketchum, Jonathan Baudendistel (Kianna), Carlee Moody (Nick), Coren Murphy (Curtis), Cody Rains, Tyler Rains, Kiya Rains and Cayden Rains; his great grandchildren, Lily Sizemore, Kyren Sizemore, Brysen Coker, Brody Haffey, Marcus Baudendistel and Kash Murphy; and his siblings, Sherrie Antonio of Indianapolis, Rick Sampson (Sandy) of Boise, Idaho., Leroy Monroe, Roy Monroe and Melvin Sampson.
