She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Rose Marie Smith (Wehrle); and her siblings, Pauletta Kuntz, Helen Hall, Anthony Smith and Bob Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Kolb (Becky) of Brookville, Donna Talbert (Tony) of Richmond, Randy Kolb (Michelle) of Brookville, Indiana and Mark Kolb of Brookville, Indiana; her sister Ruth Sizemore (Lendon); and also Vicky Greer. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
