He was predeceased by: his father Aloys Nobbe; his sons, David Scott Nobbe and Allan Eugene Nobbe; and his siblings, Virginia Smith, Sylvia Rosenberger, Marilyn Poe, Bernice Burkhart and Virgil "Butch" Nobbe.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Nobbe of Brookville, Cindy Goodpaster of Peru, Indiana and Christopher Nobbe of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; and his siblings, Leona Martin of Brookville, Rosalyn Volz of Oxford, Ohio, Leonard Nobbe of Batesville, Clifford Nobbe of Greensburg and Greg Nobbe of Brookville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
