He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Rowe and Alice Rowe (Day). He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Goding (Sean) of Mascoutah and Erin Browder (Bradley) of Glen Ellyn; his sister Barbara Kolb (Richard) of Oxford, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Will Thomas Browder and Mia Browder.
Due to COVID-19, the family is not planning a large public gathering for a Memorial Service.
