He is survived by: his wife Dolores Welsh (Bollen); his children, Jeffrey Welsh (Pam), Gary Welsh and Lynn Kerr (John); his grandchildren, Tyler Welsh (Stefanie), Eric Welsh, Ryan Kerr (Kylee) and Jamie Kerr (Nick Bley); and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Levi Welsh, Conner Welsh and Royston Kerr. He is also survived by nieces nephews and friends.
