He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Penny Lucas (Dorrough); his stepfather Mike Bowman; his son Austin Lucas; his sister Michelle Calihan; and his stepsiblings, Jon, Dan Bowman, Cara Neaves and Jamie Bennett. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
