He is survived by: his wife Rhea Salyers (Beltzhoover); his daughters, Regina Lynn Richmond, Robaline Brinkman and Renee LeeAnne Velie (David); his stepson Justin Hughes; his grandchildren, Troy, Ryan, Phyllicia, Emily and Eli; his great grandchildren, Kayden and Hazel; his brother-in-law John Beltzhoover; and his nieces and nephews, Jody Metz and John Beltzhoover. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, loving relatives and friends.
