She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sandlin and Stella J. Grimes; her daughter Tina Marie Mullins; her granddaughters, Brittany Lynn Dennison and Dana Diane; and her brother Charlie Sandlin.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Mullins; her sons, Anthony Mullins (Jill) of Brookville, Michael Mullins of Brookville and Joseph Mullins (Shawn) of Kentucky; and her brothers, James Sandlin (Ellar) of Brookville and Jerry Sandlin of Richmond, Indiana.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
