She is survived by: her husband Duane H. Thielbar; her son Troy Hawkins (Jeri) of Brookville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jessica Travis, David Robertson and Kemberly Robertson; and her siblings, Jeannie Wilson (Mike) of Brookville and Wayne Hawkins of Harrison, Ohio.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
