He is survived by: his siblings, David Neeley, Loretta Palmer (Neeley), Lorraine Robinson (Neeley), Laverne Blakley (Neeley) and Larry Neeley; and his children, Mike Neeley (Jackie) and Janis Gabbard (Art). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and countless community friends and neighbors.
