She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blevins and Mary Phillis Tankersley Blevins. She is survived by: her children, Cierra Morris of Connersville and Michael Clark of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Jakia, Jazlynn, J'Da, Lamar, Eli and Everette; and her siblings, Dwayne Blevins (Vickie) of Rushville, Dolly Blevins of Connersville and Tammy McQueen (Justin) of Everton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
