He was predeceased by: his father Michael E. Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hayes (Fritz) of Brookville; and his siblings, Maureen Smith (Richard) of Brookville, Margaret Jones (Ron) of Florida, Bridget Hayes of Brookville and Sean Hayes (Sheryl) of Goshen, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home (1025 Franklin Ave, Brookville, IN 47012). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (145 St Michaels Blvd, Brookville, IN 47012).
