Judith Kay Baxter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Kay Baxter of Brookville, Indiana, born in Connersville, Indiana, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, John Lockard and Anne Lockard (Turner) of Colerain Township, Ohio; her close friend Mark Feemster; her daughter Melissa Baxter (David) of Alexandria, Kentucky; her grandsons, Logan and Kole Parrett; and her siblings, Ruth Perry (Rodney) of Blanchester, Johnny Lockard of Cincinnati and Jo Temple (Bob) of Glenwood, Indiana.. She is also survived by her grandsons football games, bird.
