He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar E. Quinlan and Elizabeth M. Quinlan (Mabes); and his siblings, John Thomas Quinlan, Mary Jo Quinlan Davenport and Patricia Quinlan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bolington; his children, Darren Thomas of Walton and Denise Bishop of Brookville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Taylor Bosse (Marisa), Paige Montel (Justin), Margaret Bosse, Emily Thomas, Cory Bishop, Gabrielle Thomas and Cole Thomas; his great grandchildren, Landon Montel, Ben Montel and Baby Bosse; his nieces and nephews, Mark Gast (Deborah), Shannon Gast (Tammy), John Quinlan (Melissa) and Susan Zink (Mark); and his great-nieces, Megan Gast, Marilyn Gast Staggs and Delaney Zink.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brookville United Methodist Church (150 E 8th St, Brookville, IN 47012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
