He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Tincher and Bertha Tincher (McWhorter); his wife Joann M. Pelfrey; and his siblings, Janet Carol Tincher, Paul Tincher, Leo Tincher and Dallas Tincher.
He is survived by: his children, Monte McCoy (Melissa) of Brookville, Indiana, Carla Tincher of Minnesota, Kenny Tincher of Cincinnati, Rhonda Buck of Brookville and Steve McCoy of Dayton, Ohio; and his brother Harold Tincher (Kathy) of Centerville, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as one great-great grandchild.
