He is survived by: his children, Brynn Phillips (Chris) of Marion and Greg Montag (Liz) of Magna, Utah; his grandchildren, Anderson Phillips, Aubrey Phillips and Harrison Montag; his siblings, Joe Montag (Jan Montag-Wight) of Brookville, Jeri Montag-Niese (Jim) of Brookville, Jeff Montag (Robin) of Brookville, Indiana and Connor; and his pet Boo.
