He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stang and Louisa Stang (Bender); his siblings, Omer Stang, Henry J. Stang, Nora Stang, Edith Miles, Hilda Stang, Lester Stang and Ethel Anderson; and his great grandchild Timothy Stang.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Douglas Stang (Hana) of Mason and Barbara Bailey (Joseph) of Westfield, Indiana; his grandchildren, Adam Stang (Kimberly), Maria Stang, Matt Bailey and Lauren Bailey; and his great grandchild Lily Stang.
