He is survived by: his children, Sanya Cook of Connersville, Michael Cook (Amy) of Harrison and Priscilla McGrew (Steve) of Holton; his stepchildren, David Gorrasi (Jackie) of Harrison, Matt Gorrasi (Samantha) of Cincinnati, Jesse Brown and April Gabbard; his grandchildren, Alexis, Emili, Austin, Steven, Isaiah, Charley, Matthew, Mark, Luke and Tiana; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenna, Liam, Oliver, Ellison and Joy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
