He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Blair and Alice Blair; and his siblings, Bob, Russel, Billy, Dorothy Ison, Alta Blair and Joyce Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Blair of Brookville; his children, Daniel Blair (Abby) of West Harrison and Alicia Buckler (Travis Allen) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Lillian, Hayden, Aiden, Aubrey Blair of West Harrison, Hank and Josy Buckler of Brookville; and his siblings, Myrtle Thomas (Ray) of Metamora, Charlene Bennett (Randy) of Connersville, Carol Brown of Connersville and Dan Blair (Jan) of Joseph, OR. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
